2. Services
For services purchased (such as digital marketing, content creation, or consulting services), refunds are provided under the following conditions:
– If work is stopped after more than 15 days of the service start date: No refund will be issued.
– If work is stopped within a period between 5 and 15 days: We will retain a 30% service charge and refund the remaining balance to the customer.
– If work is stopped within less than 5 days: No refund will be issued, as it is considered that the service is well underway.

4. Non-Refundable Charges
